Trident Capital Partners originates short term bridge loans secured by real estate. Our loan approval process is fast, efficient and highly customized to meet the needs of the borrowers.
Investment size typically ranges from $2,000,000 to $15 million+. Term duration is 6 to 36 months. We are a senior-secured lender but have the ability to finance conservative second lien positions in certain circumstances.
